RFP for District-Wide Pavement Assessment

The East Bay Regional Park District (District) is soliciting proposals from consultants to inspect the District's pavement and update our Pavement Management Program (PMP). The Consultant’s role will be performing a condition survey and updating the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) of the District’s, Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) StreetSaver database. Identifying asphalt distresses on the District's paved roads, trails, parking lots, service yards and providing budgetary analyses and planning. The consultant shall be qualified to use StreetSaver and must meet the requirements specified in the MTC Data Quality Management Plan.
