RFP - Recycling, Compost & Trash Collection & Processing Services
The East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Recycling, Compost & Trash Collection & Processing Services for specific locations within the EPRPD. The successful Proposer will be required to furnish all labor, vehicles, containers, equipment, facilities, and administrative and supervising personnel required to provide the collection, transportation and processing or disposal of recycling, compost and trash in accordance with the EBRPD specifications.

Any questions, interpretations or clarifications, either commercial or technical, must be requested in writing via email to Andrew Green by Thursday, March 20th at 2:00 p.m.
A MANDATORY PROPOSERS CONFERENCE will be held to clarify and answer any questions relative to this RFP and to familiarize the Proposers with the EBRPD. All prospective Proposers must attend this conference in order to be eligible to submit a proposal on this project. EBRPD will open proposals only of those firms identified on the Proposers Conference attendance list. The conference will be held ONLINE:
