Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a procurement method whereby agencies may award annual contracts for repair, replacement, remodeling, or other repetitive work to be done according to fixed unit prices. The District’s JOC program has proven to be an effective tool in helping the District complete current and backlogged projects, as well as improve responsiveness to urgent and time sensitive projects.
